Moving to uni has been hard, and as second year is in full swing,  it hasn't got any easier. But I love it all the same, and thinking of the place I'd be in had I not gone to uni scares me a bit. I've met people who have become my second family, I've grown as a person and I'm working on that happiness thing, but not feeling like I have a proper place to call home is something I assumed second year would solve.

I now live in a house with my best friend, and its great! And we've already signed the contract for next years house with another girl, which I'm really looking forward too! But when I'm at uni I think of being at home, and when I'm at home I think of being at uni. And neither place really feels like 'my space',  I constantly feel in a state of moving, waiting until I travel back to the other place, to then start the whole process over again.
